AT&T is introducing a new “Next Up Anytime” early upgrade program for customers who want to upgrade their phones multiple times a year. For an additional $10 per month, users can upgrade up to three times a year, starting from July 16.

Existing AT&T users who are familiar with the current “Next Up” add-on, which costs $6 extra per month, will appreciate the increased flexibility of the new “Next Up Anytime” program.

According to AT&T’s blog post, there are two ways to upgrade with the “Next Up Anytime” program:

  1. Upgrade after paying off 33% of your phone, allowing you to take advantage of trade-in and upgrade promotions.
  2. Upgrade anytime after making one installment payment and the first Next Up Anytime payment.

The program limits upgrades to three times per year, an option that may appeal to users who wish to stay current with the latest mobile technology or enjoy switching phones frequently.

While frequent phone upgrades may not be necessary for everyone, tech enthusiasts or those who enjoy trying new devices regularly may find the “Next Up Anytime” program a convenient option.
