An Xbox controller with a unique design inspired by the upcoming Deadpool & Wolverine movie was recently announced by Xbox. The limited edition controller features a backside that resembles Deadpool’s, complete with a “perfectly rounded tush,” as detailed in a post on Xbox Wire.
The design of the controller is quite extravagant. While the front looks like a standard red Xbox controller with a unique, ridged surface, the back showcases a pair of prominent buns reminiscent of Deadpool’s posterior.
There are many questions surrounding the ergonomic functionality of a controller with a 3D butt on the back. Will it provide a comfortable grip, or will the cheeks get in the way of gameplay? Perhaps the unique design will offer a more comfortable grip due to a central divot. And the big question remains: will this controller make an appearance in the movie itself?
Enthusiasts can only get their hands on this special edition controller and custom consoles through the “Xbox Cheeky Controller Sweepstakes.” To participate, individuals must be over 18, follow Xbox on X (formerly Twitter), and repost the sweepstakes post between July 17 and August 11.
In addition to the controller, fans also have a chance to win a Deadpool-inspired custom Xbox Series X console featuring the anti-hero’s distinctive katana blades on the back, along with a closeup of his crotch on the front.
