Worlds Pick’em 2024 Predictions
The LoL Worlds Pick’em 2024 Play-In stage kicks off on September 18th and will conclude on September 25th. The top-tier teams from Europe, China, Korea, and North America will battle it out for international supremacy, as featured in our LoL Worlds Power Rankings.

2024 Crystal Ball – Predict the future at Worlds
Just like last year, Riot Games presents the Crystal Ball with more ways to earn points and rewards. Dive deeper into the upcoming Worlds meta with three sections:
Crystal Ball and Play-Ins Picks: September 18 – September 25
Swiss Picks: September 29 – October 3
- Select the 8 teams you believe will advance to Knockouts for additional points.
Knockouts: October 14 – November 2

Pick’Em Format for Worlds 2023
The Pick’em for Worlds 2023 will be done in three stages following each stage of the event. You will get one Pick’em cycle for Play-In, Swiss, and Knockout stages.
Play-In Stage
The Play-Ins feature eight teams clashing to determine the top 2 teams from each group moving onto the Swiss Stage. Make your predictions carefully to earn points!
Swiss Stage
The top 16 teams from the Play-Ins will compete in the Swiss Stage to advance to the Knockout stage. Make your picks for the 8 teams that will move forward with additional points up for grabs!
Knockout Stage
Once the Swiss Stage is complete, the top 8 teams will compete in a single-elimination bracket to determine the World Champion. Make your predictions for the winners at each stage of the Knockout stages to earn points!
No time to study the game or teams? Let The Coin choose for you.
Riot Games introduces The Coin for those who may miss making picks. Let fate decide your destiny with random selections, although points earned will have a small deduction.
Please note that The Coin will not make selections for any missed Crystal Ball picks.
Scoring System
- Crystal Ball points: Earned after the World Final concludes.
- Play-In Stage points: Correct predictions grant 10 points each.
- Swiss Stage points: Earn points for each team correctly picked to advance as well as 15 points for a perfect 3-0 pick. Additional points for perfect Swiss Stage picks.
- Knockout Stage points: Points awarded for correct Quarterfinals, Semifinals, and Finals picks.
Worlds PickEm Leaderboard Explained
Monitor your progress on the Global Leaderboard and create custom leaderboards to compete with friends. Join the challenge to see who can make the most accurate predictions and potentially earn rewards.

Participate and perform well in Pick’Em and Crystal Ball to qualify for a variety of rewards. Make your picks count to earn prizes based on your performance in each category.

Worlds 2023 Perfect Picks & Top 5,000 Rewards
If you achieve Perfect Picks, you will receive all 7 Ultimate Skins as a reward. Additionally, the top 5,000 players in either Pick’Em or Crystal Ball will receive special rewards, regardless of achieving Perfect Picks.
Your account must be at least level 20 to qualify for rewards. Any duplicate skins can be disenchanted into Essence. Rewards will be processed and distributed within one week of the end of Worlds.
Riot Games reports that there have been 0 Perfect Picks in the last two years, so rewards will still be given to the top 5,000 players in both Pick’Em and Crystal Ball.
Worlds Pick’em 2022 Predictions
This year’s World Championship is filled with top talent on Summoners Rift. With teams from the LPL, LCK, and LEC competing, the pick’em challenge will be tough for all stages of the tournament.
Worlds Group Stage Picks in 2021
The Group Stage picks opened on October 10th, with a spotlight on top Chinese and Korean teams advancing to Knockouts.
Worlds 2020 Group Stage Pick’em
Our predictions favored top Chinese, Korean, and European seeds advancing to Knockouts. The group stage picks were challenging but exciting to make.
We let The Coin make our quarterfinals picks, testing luck against our own predictions. Moving into the semifinals, our selections favor JDG and Gen.G to reach the grand finals.

The Knockout Stage picks favor strong performances from LCK teams, with tough matchups ahead. Exciting matchups and close series are expected.
