Each new patch for VALORANT brings with it a new set of game bugs, and Patch 9.04 was no exception. One major bug that players encountered was the mouse freeze issue, where players’ mice would freeze in the middle of a game. Unfortunately, even with the release of Patch 9.05 Notes, this annoying bug has yet to be fixed.
When faced with the mouse freeze bug, players have found a simple workaround by pressing the ESC, Tab, or scroll button to get their mouse back to normal. However, this glitch can be extremely frustrating, especially during crucial moments in a match where precise aiming is essential.
Some players mistakenly believed that the issue was with their mouse itself and went as far as buying a new one, only to find that the problem persisted. Streamers have also been affected by this bug during their livestreams, leading to game-changing consequences in some cases.

While Riot Games is actively working to address these bugs, new ones seem to crop up with each patch release. For example, in the latest patch, there were issues with Vyse’s abilities, such as her trap creating an indestructible wall when an enemy crosses it. The interaction with Yoru’s clone and Iso’s shield also presented unexpected problems.
Additionally, longstanding bugs like loading screen freezes and game crashes continue to plague players. Riot Games urges players to report these bugs through official channels, such as submitting a ticket directly to them or participating in the Bug Mega Thread on Reddit.
