The EMEA VALORANT esports circuit, part of Riot Games’ regional competitions, has forged a partnership with payment platform Paysafe that will extend until the end of 2025.
VALORANT EMEA x Paysafe – A New Collaboration Emerges
This partnership will encompass the VCT EMEA and the female VALORANT Game Changers EMEA, with Paysafe integrated into broadcasts and the Riot Games Arena in Berlin, Germany.
As a main partner, fans will have access to special promotions and utilize Paysafe’s payment solutions. Additionally, the brands will feature in the in-game segment “Thrifty” and Paysafecard will make appearances during the VCT EMEA Stage 2 Grand Finals with exciting content, predictions, and highlights.
Paysafe Returns as a Partner
This isn’t the first collaboration between Paysafe and the EMEA Esports VALORANT team. They previously worked together in 2021, where paysafecard sponsored the ‘Player of the Match’ segment during Playoffs and the Last Chance Qualifier (LCQ).
“Paysafecard is highly esteemed within the gaming community, making us thrilled to introduce Paysafe to VALORANT Esports EMEA fans,” said Danial Ringland, Head of VALORANT Esports EMEA. “By partnering with Paysafe in our VALORANT Esports EMEA products, we aim to enhance our fans’ experience and provide a safer and more seamless payment experience.”
In addition to Paysafe, the EMEA circuit also partners with Unilumin, Red Bull, AndalucĂa, Aim Labs, and Cougar.
The VCT EMEA competition offers domestic regions direct access to the premier regional competition, with Riot Games introducing significant updates to the Challengers format for 2025. Italy and Portugal will join the Spanish league to form Challengers Spain: Rising.
