As February comes to a close, several movies are set to leave Netflix at the end of the month. Among them are Dune, Denis Villeneuve’s adaptation of Frank Herbert’s groundbreaking sci-fi novel; Mystic River, Clint Eastwood’s Oscar-winning crime drama set in Boston; and Blockers, a comedy about three parents trying to prevent their daughters from engaging in sexual activity.
But those films are just the beginning. Below, we highlight three more movies that will no longer be available on Netflix by March 1st. These picks include an underrated comedy from 2019, an action thriller focusing on a group of Navy SEALs, and a heartwarming coming-of-age tale from the 1980s.
Good Boys (2019)
The R-rated comedy genre saw a decline in the latter half of the 2010s and early 2020s, but amidst the disappointments, Good Boys emerged as a sleeper hit in 2019. Directed by Gene Stupnitsky, the film follows 12-year-old Max, played by Jacob Tremblay, on a quest to kiss a girl. But when Max and his friends Lucas and Thor spy on their neighbor Hannah, things take a wild turn involving a drone, drugs, and a race against time before a kissing party.
