However, with the transition to a new console generation, availability on older platforms can be a bit uncertain. Many new releases are now focusing on PC and newer consoles like the PS5. Is Dragon Ball Sparking Zero on PS4?
Unfortunately, Dragon Ball Sparking Zero is not available on PS4 this time. The game is exclusively released on PS5, Xbox, and PC platforms.
For players who were hoping to enjoy a fresh take on the classic Dragon Ball series on their PS4, this news might come as a disappointment. Game publishers are typically quick to move on to the next generation of consoles, as older hardware eventually struggles to keep up with the demands of current games.
As more players transition to newer hardware, the focus on optimizing games for older consoles diminishes. In addition to skipping the PS4, Sparking Zero is also not available on the Nintendo Switch. While the PS4 may not feel as outdated compared to the Switch, running Sparking Zero on it would likely be a challenge.
If you have yet to make the jump to the next-gen consoles, you will have to wait to experience Sparking Zero. The game offers an excellent gaming experience on the PS5. Keep in mind that there is currently no crossplay feature, so players on PS5 won’t be able to play with those on other platforms.
