Horizon’s Sequence is collaborating with Google Cloud to provide its all-in-one Web3 gaming development platform to Google Cloud customers. This alliance aims to enhance developer access to Web3 gaming technology, particularly for users of Google’s cloud infrastructure.
Sequence’s technology platform aims to lower barriers to entry for developers interested in creating Web3 games. The tech stack from this Toronto-based company supports wallets, accounts, marketplaces, smart contract management, analytics, indexers, relayers, and node gateways. In addition to Web3 solutions, Sequence facilitates core gaming functions like player rewards and user acquisition. Developers can also utilize Sequence to craft games for Unity, Unreal, web, and mobile platforms.
“Sequence empowers game developers to concentrate on creating exceptional gameplay for players,” said Jack Buser, Director for Games, Strategic Industries at Google Cloud. “Through this partnership, Sequence eliminates the complexities of Web3 technology, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for both developers and players.”
Integrating Google Cloud support further advances Horizon’s Sequence mission to democratize access to Web3 game development. In November 2023, the company introduced Sequence Builder, its no-code development platform.
