Remnant 2 is gearing up to release its final paid DLC on September 24, but there’s exciting news for all players with the launch of a free update on the same day. This update will introduce a thrilling Boss Rush mode to Remnant 2.
For fans of the game, the boss battles are often the highlights, offering unique and challenging encounters. Unlike typical shooter bosses, Remnant 2 bosses require players to adapt and think strategically. The Boss Rush mode will allow players to test their skills by facing bosses consecutively.
Upon installing the update, players can access the Boss Rush mode through the World Stone in Ward 13, where they can tackle three-, seven-, or nine-boss runs either solo or with friends. The mode will provide temporary buffs and powerful weapons during the runs, as well as intense enemy encounters in between boss battles.
Additionally, the upcoming DLC, The Dark Horizon, will expand the game with a new area in N’Erud, offering fresh storylines, dungeons, bosses, and enemies. Notable gameplay additions include a glider traversal system and The Warden archetype.
Remnant 2 is currently available on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S. Mark your calendars for September 24 when The Dark Horizon DLC and the free Boss Rush mode update will be launched.
