OnePlus has introduced a new Android tablet, the OnePlus Pad Go, and an appealing special edition of the OnePlus Watch 2, both showcasing captivating color schemes that are highly desirable. However, obtaining them may prove challenging for U.S. residents as they are currently set to release exclusively in Europe. The company unveiled these products at an event in Helsinki, Finland.
The OnePlus Pad Go, previously released in India, retains its stunning Twin Mint color scheme, which continues to be a trendsetter. While full details are not yet available, the tablet’s specifications are expected to remain consistent with the Indian model. It features an 11.3-inch screen with a 2.4K resolution (2408 x 1720 pixels), boasting the highest resolution currently available on an Android tablet, along with a 90Hz refresh rate.
If the specifications match those of the Indian model, the MediaTek Helio G99 processor will power the device, accompanied by 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. It also includes an 8,000mAh battery and a 33-watt SuperVOOC charger. Other features include dual 8-megapixel cameras, dual speakers, Dolby Atmos support, and the OxygenOS interface over Android.
Accompanying the tablet is a special edition of the recently released OnePlus Watch 2, featuring Google’s Wear OS software. The Nordic Blue edition stands out with its unique design and a new hybrid strap. The watch sports a polished stainless steel case paired with a blue leather and fluoro rubber strap for durability and style. With an exclusive dial showcasing a GMT-style bezel and a blue-and-white color scheme, the watch retains the specifications of the standard OnePlus Watch 2 while offering a visually appealing package.
The OnePlus Watch 2 Nordic Edition is available for pre-order starting April 23, priced at 329 British pounds (approximately $407). The OnePlus Pad Go is priced at 300 British pounds (about $370), while the earlier OnePlus Pad from 2023 costs $480. There is no confirmation regarding a U.S. release for these new products at this time.
