Microsoft has unveiled a new surprise ahead of the release of Deadpool and Wolverine on Friday: a Wolverine Butt controller to complement the Deadpool controller announced last week. This new controller features the signature red design with a prominent backside, but this time in yellow and blue with fake pockets.
Marcos Waltenberg, Xbox Global Partnerships general manager, shared in a post on Xbox Wire that the controller was created based on the positive response to the Deadpool controller. The team was inspired by fan enthusiasm and a hint of friendly competition between the two characters.
Xbox even went as far as to post a billboard in Alberta, Canada, where Wolverine is from in the comics, to promote the new controller.
