Connections is the newest puzzle game from the New York Times. The objective of the game is to categorize 16 words into four secret groups by identifying how the words relate to each other. The difficulty of the puzzle varies with each new game, which resets daily at midnight. Similar to Wordle, players can track their winning streak and compare scores with friends.

How to play Connections
In Connections, players are presented with a grid containing 16 words. The goal is to organize these words into four sets of four by identifying the connections that link them. Connections could be related to video game franchises, book series sequels, shades of red, names of chain restaurants, and more.
Some words may seem like they could fit into multiple themes, but there is only one correct answer. Players have the option to shuffle the grid of words to help visualize potential connections. Each group is color-coded, with the yellow group being the easiest to figure out, followed by the green, blue, and purple groups.
Select four words and click Submit. If correct, the four words will be removed from the grid and the theme connecting them will be revealed. Guess incorrectly, and it will count as a mistake. Players are only allowed four mistakes until the game ends.
