How to play Connections
In Connections, players will encounter a grid of 16 words that need to be organized into four sets of four by identifying the connecting themes. These themes could range from titles of video game franchises to shades of red or names of chain restaurants.
While some words may seem suitable for multiple themes, there is only one correct answer. Players can rearrange the grid by shuffling the words to better visualize potential connections.
Each group is color-coded, starting with the yellow group, which is the easiest to figure out, followed by green, blue, and purple groups.
Select four words and hit Submit. Correct answers will remove the words from the grid and reveal the connecting theme, while incorrect guesses will count as mistakes. Players have only four mistakes available before the game ends.
