Connections is the newest puzzle game brought to you by the New York Times. This game challenges you to categorize a group of 16 words into four secret groups by identifying how the words are related to each other. The puzzle resets daily at midnight, offering a new challenge with varying levels of difficulty. Similar to Wordle, you can track your winning streak and compare scores with friends.

How to play Connections
In Connections, you’ll encounter a grid of 16 words, and your task is to arrange these words into four sets of four by identifying the connections that bind them. These connections could be related to video game franchises, book series sequels, shades of red, chain restaurant names, and more.
While some words may seem to fit multiple themes, there is only one correct answer. You can shuffle the words on the grid to better visualize potential connections.
Each group is color-coded from easiest to hardest: yellow, green, blue, and purple.
Select four words and click Submit. If correct, the words will be removed from the grid, and the connecting theme will be revealed. An incorrect guess counts as a mistake, with only four mistakes allowed before the game ends.
