After spending five years with Fnatic, former professional player Giorgio “Pow3r” Calandrelli has made the move to Italian esports organization NOVO.

NOVO x Pow3r – A New Collaboration on the Rise
Many were surprised by the return of the content creator as a co-owner, as it was initially thought to be an April Fools’ joke. Pow3r posted the announcement video on April 1st, causing doubts among viewers. However, the following day confirmed the move, solidifying Pow3r as the newest member of the organization with aspirations to make NOVO a key player in the European esports scene.
Regarded as the face of Italian esports, this decision signifies Pow3r’s dedication to revitalizing esports in Italy. His previous plans to establish a team were halted after a collaborator faced a ban by Riot Games, leading Pow3r to seek new opportunities with NOVO.
A Shared Vision to Lead in Italy
Aligned with NOVO’s objectives, Pow3r aims to introduce the thrill of competitive gaming to fans and newcomers. Additionally, they plan to collaborate on initiatives such as esports schools, nurturing local talent and promoting gaming culture among younger generations.
