Nexon has announced a new action-RPG in development titled Vindictus: Defying Fate. Drawing inspiration from Celtic mythology, the game is set in the same universe as the original Vindictus. While a release date is currently unspecified, Nexon plans to launch the title on both PC and consoles.
Players will have the option to choose from a variety of characters, each with their own unique abilities. Nexon has revealed that a pre-alpha public beta test for the game will be available soon, with players able to participate by wishlisting the game on Steam. Additionally, an official Discord server has been created for players to share their feedback.
In Eastern markets, the franchise is known as Mabinogi Heroes, while in the West it goes by the name Vindictus. Defying Fate will feature the return of some familiar characters from the previous title, such as Lann and Fiona.
