Valve has recently rolled out a significant update for CS2, introducing a range of exciting new features. These include weapon charms, three new weapon collections, and the Armory, where players can accumulate points through gameplay to purchase items. Additionally, the update introduces the Gallery Case and significant changes to the application of sticker scrapes, making it a substantial update.
CS2 Weapon Charms
The highlight of the update is the introduction of weapon charms. These customizable items can be attached to your in-game weapons, allowing you to personalize your loadout. Two new charm collections have been added: Missing Link Charms and Small Arms Charms.
Missing Link Charms feature adorable tiny sausage men characters, while Small Arms Charms resemble various CS2 weapons, giving players the freedom to choose their favorites.
CS2 Skins, Sticker Collections, and Gallery Case
Alongside weapon charms, the update includes three new skin collections: Overpass, Graphic, and Sport and Field, totaling 48 new weapons. Additionally, the update showcases 17 community-made designs in the Gallery Case, with the striking M4A1-S Fade being a standout inclusion.
Two new sticker collections have been introduced to complement the revamped sticker scraping feature. Players can now preview stickers before applying them, potentially saving money in the long run.
The Armory
The major addition in this update is The Armory, a pass that players can purchase to earn credits by playing the game. These credits can then be used to acquire items released in the new CS2 update. Players can have up to five active Armory passes simultaneously, enhancing credit earnings as they progress.
