MMA fighter Conor McGregor is joining Hitman World of Assassination as a new Elusive Target today, as announced by IO Interactive.
In a new mission created in collaboration with McGregor, players can take down McGregor’s character as the Elusive Target.
The Disruptor mission is now available for free, included in the Free Starter Pack for new players and as an Elusive Target for existing Hitman World of Assassination players, for a limited time. IO Interactive, based in Copenhagen, Denmark, is continuously updating the game with new missions to keep players engaged.
The Disruptor features a multimillionaire MMA fighter who has stirred up trouble by challenging the CEO of a tech company, making himself a prime target. McGregor has provided his likeness and voiceover for the character.

The Disruptor mission is playable on PlayStation5, PlayStation4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC, from today until July 29.

IO Interactive’s CEO, Hakan Abrak, expressed excitement about McGregor’s addition to Hitman. The Disruptor mission promises a unique experience that blends the best of Hitman World of Assassination with McGregor’s charisma.
The Disruptor mission takes place on the island of Sgàil during a gathering of the Ark Society, a secretive organization of influential individuals. The target, the Disruptor, is set to face off against Tim Quinn, CEO of Quantum Leap. Agent 47 is hired to eliminate the Disruptor before he causes damage to Quinn and his company.
The mission is available for free in the Free Starter Pack for new players, with the option to replay it during the mission’s duration. Existing players of Hitman World of Assassination can access the Disruptor mission for free. Additionally, the Disruptor DLC pack is available starting today with permanent access to the mission as part of the Elusive Target Arcade.
The Disruptor Pack can be purchased in stores for $4.99/€4.99/£3.99 and includes:
