Mattel’s mega-brand Masters of the Universe has teamed up with Stumble Guys to introduce He-Man, Skeletor, the Sorceress, Evil-Lyn, and other characters from its beloved universe into the popular online game.
This exciting new update will allow players to dive into a new realm within the Stumbleverse and race on a new map inspired by the Masters of the Universe franchise, featuring iconic locations from the stories.
With new level obstacles added, players will navigate through portals, explore muddy swamps, and unlock secret paths in one of the most challenging maps yet. The action unfolds around the legendary Castle Grayskull.
Stumble Guys has previously collaborated with Barbie and Hot Wheels, incorporating a Barbie Dream Dash course into the game. This strategy highlights Mattel’s commitment to leveraging interactive entertainment to engage fans and promote its brands.
Nostalgia and Thrills
“We are thrilled to bring Masters of the Universe into the dynamic Stumbleverse,” said Naz Amarchi, senior VP and general manager of Stumble Guys at Scopely. “The blend of iconic characters and settings from Eternia with the exciting gameplay of Stumble Guys promises to delight our players with a mix of nostalgia and action.”
“These collaborations have successfully expanded our fan base across generations, appealing to both new audiences and long-time fans,” said Mike DeLaet, global head of digital gaming at Mattel.
Throughout this month, Stumble Guys will host events with a 1980s theme, featuring a Castle Grayskull-inspired level, limited-time events, daily missions, new cosmetics, and player rewards.
