Have you ever struggled with connecting multiple gaming consoles to your TV? Well, one man took it to the extreme by connecting a whopping 444 consoles to a single TV.
Ibrahim Al-Nasser from Saudi Arabia recently achieved the Guinness World Record for the most video game consoles connected to one television. His impressive collection spans from the earliest gaming console, the Magnavox Odyssey, to the latest, the PlayStation 5 Slim.
Al-Nasser, a dedicated collector, faced the challenge of connecting all his consoles for gameplay. He found himself with a growing number of consoles that he couldn’t easily access due to limited TV ports.
Using a combination of 30 RCA switchers, 12 HDMI switches, converters, and meticulous cable organization, Al-Nasser created a seamless setup that resembles a gaming museum. He even has an Excel spreadsheet on an ultrawide monitor to easily navigate and power on each console with the press of a few buttons.
His collection doesn’t stop at home consoles; Al-Nasser also boasts arcade cabinets, fight sticks, Android games, pinball machines, and various other gaming paraphernalia. His all-time favorite console? The Sega Genesis.
