With only one final left in the Summer Playoffs, the top teams are gearing up for the Regional Finals, their last chance to qualify for Worlds.

LPL 2024 Regional Finals – Teams

Here are the teams competing in the LPL Regional Finals (ordered by seeding):

• #1 – TBD
• #2 – LNG Esports
• #3 – Ninjas in Pyjamas
• #4 – JD Gaming

The #3 seed will be either Top Esports or WBG, depending on the outcome of the LPL Summer Playoffs final. Top Esports will qualify for Worlds if WBG beats BLG in the final, otherwise, WBG will be in the Regional Finals.

Format

The Regional Finals maintain the same format as the summer split. The top four teams in championship points will participate in a single-elimination bracket. The top two seeds will compete in the upper bracket to determine the LPL #3 seed, while the loser will face the winner between #5 and #6 for the last seed. All matches will be Bo5s.

LPL Regional Finals Prediction

Based on recent performances, the potential #3 seed (WBG or TES) are likely to secure a spot at Worlds. For the fourth slot, LNG seems to be the frontrunner, with JDG also having a chance if they improve. NIP is seen as the least likely to qualify among the four teams.
