LoL Patch 14.22 – Warwick changes?

After the official release of LoL Patch 14.21 on October 23, Riot developers are gearing up for another cycle of updates as the season comes to a close. This patch brought significant changes such as a major Swain rework and adjustments to champions like Galio, Camille, and Karthus, which are expected to shake up the meta, especially in higher Elos.

Of particular note is the buff to Irelia, which could potentially elevate her position in solo lanes. Additionally, the introduction of objective bounties aims to reduce snowballing and offer more opportunities for comeback victories in intense matches.

While there are only a few leaks about the intended changes at the start of this patch, the full list of adjustments will be revealed soon.

Patch 14.22 Release Date

According to the official patch schedule, Patch 14.22 is set to be released on Wednesday, November 6. This marks the 22nd out of the 24 planned updates for the year.

Warwick

• W move speed: 35% – 65% ⇒ 30% – 50%
• W mana cost: 70 ⇒ 35
• W active range: 4000 ⇒ 3000
• W cooldown: 100 – 40 seconds ⇒ 80 – 40 seconds
• W cooldown is now reduced to 30% if no one is found
• W no longer cools down twice as fast when not hunting
• W is no longer put on a 3-second cooldown in combat

• 4% move speed removed
