Insomnia Gaming Fest brought a variety of events catering to both casual attendees and competitive gamers. Open LAN events were held in the BYOC area, giving plenty of people the chance to participate. Those looking for more laid-back activities could enjoy Yorkshire Tea-sponsored events like Mario Kart Time Trials, EAFC, VALORANT, and Overwatch. University esports organizations such as the National Student Esports (NSE) and the National University Esports League (NUEL) were present, alongside thrilling competitions on the main stage.
NUEL made its convention debut with casual Teamfight Tactics and All Random All Mid (ARAM) tournaments, while NSE showcased their Spring Split Grand Finals. The results of the Insomnia Esports competitions at i72 over the 4 days were as follows.
NSE: British University Esports Championship Spring 2024 Finals
The BUEC Spring Split featured two teams per game that had qualified through months of online competitions. These teams battled it out on the NSE stage, which was adorned with Monster Energy and Pringles merchandise among other sponsors.

Insomnia Esports Results of the Open iSeries Tournaments
The Main stage and Challenger side stage hosted the Open iSeries Tournaments, played through the BYOC competitions on site. Lower finals and Grand finals were broadcasted on the IGFestUK main stream and the British Army Esports stream for the Challenger stage finals.
