Industry veterans Steve Escalante and Lance James have teamed up to launch a new game publisherDigital Bandidos.
Coming from the successful publisher Versus Evil, Escalante and James have set their sights on creating a supportive environment for independent developers at Digital Bandidos.
With a $3 million development budget, they are mainly focusing on PC and console titles and leveraging their expertise in management, marketing, and business development to assist indie developers.
Specializing in RPG, strategy, and action genres, Digital Bandidos will also publish The Town of Salem game series, including upcoming mobile releases for The Town of Salem 2 and Soulstone Survivors, which have garnered nearly a million units in Early Access.
Supporting Independent Game Developers

Escalante brings a wealth of game publishing experience from his time at ZeniMax and as the founder of Versus Evil, a platform that supported indie successes. Co-founder Lance James brings a competitive gaming background and game development experience, having contributed to titles like The Banner Saga and Pillars of Eternity 2.
