SpaceX’s Falcon 9 rocket successfully launched the crew from Kennedy at the designated time, despite a last-minute evaluation of a small crack in a seal on the Crew Dragon’s hatch. Engineers determined that the crack posed no risk to the spacecraft’s integrity, allowing the launch to proceed shortly after.
