Taking a screenshot is as simple as pressing two physical buttons at the same time, but the button combination depends on your iPhone model.
Taking a screenshot on newer iPhones
For newer iPhones without a home button, such as the best iPhones available today, here are the buttons you should press.
Step 1: Press the button located near the top-right corner of your iPhone, which you normally use to turn off the screen and lock your iPhone.
Step 2: Press the Volume Up button, located on the left side of your iPhone.
Step 3: To take the screenshot, press both buttons simultaneously.
Taking a screenshot on an iPhone with a “Home” button
If you have an older iPhone or a refurbished iPhone with a “Home” button, you’ll follow the same steps mentioned above but press the “Home” button instead of the Volume Up button as the second button.
