How to invite friends on PlayStation
When you launch Sea of Thieves on a system other than Xbox, you’ll be prompted to sign in or create a Microsoft account. This quick and free process will allow you to continue your progress across different platforms.

Step 2: Link your PSN account to your Microsoft account.
Step 3: Add Xbox and PC friends to your list.
