When will iOS 18 be available to download?
The official release of iOS 18 is set for this fall as a free update. However, if you’re eager to explore iOS 18 early, the public beta will be accessible for download next month at beta.apple.com.
Keep in mind that certain features of iOS 18 may not be available in all countries, languages, or on all devices. For instance, the Safari “Highlights” feature will be limited to English in the U.S. And the live audio transcription feature in the Notes app will be supported on specific devices in select English-speaking countries.
Which devices support Apple Intelligence?
Apple Intelligence, Apple’s new generative AI service, will be integrated into various Apple apps to enhance your iPhone experience. The best compatibility for Apple Intelligence features will be seen on iPhone 15 Pro or iPhone 15 Pro Max, equipped with the A17 Pro chip. It will also be available on iPad and Mac devices from M1 and later.
