Google announced on Friday that it will begin removing apps from its Play Store in India if developers fail to adhere to its payment policy. This decision comes shortly after the Indian court granted relief to the Android-maker.
Without specifying names, Google revealed that 10 companies in India, including “many well-established ones,” have not paid the required fee for Google Play despite being given three years to prepare.
