Esports organization GIANTX has recently made headlines with the announcement of their acquisition of the League of Legends AI coaching start-up iTero Gaming.

This strategic acquisition will allow GIANTX to utilize AI-driven performance coaching in League of Legends, benefitting fans and gamers globally.
As part of the deal, Jack Joseph Williams, the founder of iTero Gaming, has joined GIANTX as the Head of Gaming Technology. While specific financial details were not disclosed, GIANTX confirmed that the acquisition is a multi-million dollar deal.

iTero Gaming, launched in September 2022, quickly gained popularity among League of Legends players for its effectiveness in helping them improve their gameplay. With over 250,000 downloads, the startup offers valuable insights and tips on various aspects of the game to enhance player performance.
As an AI tool, iTero Gaming not only helps players improve mechanics but also educates them on broader game strategies, such as team composition synergy in different situations.
GIANTX, the result of the merger between UK-based EXCEL ESPORTS and Spanish team Giants Gaming, competes in prestigious leagues like LEC and VCT EMEA League, as well as the Spanish ERL with GIANTX Pride.
