This POI is said to resemble the iconic pirate ship from Chapter 1 Season 8, appealing to longtime players who remember the earlier chapters of Fortnite. Additionally, cannons, a beloved mobility item from OG Fortnite, will be making a return as part of this update.
Cannons were a fan-favorite item in the original chapter of Fortnite and continued to be popular when reintroduced. They offer great mobility for players and are a unique addition to the game. Imagery suggests that Jack Sparrow may serve as an NPC within the new POI, hinting at potential interactions and quests linked to the collaboration.
