The highly anticipated Fortnite Attack on Titan collaboration may be making a return soon. Epic Games has previously introduced numerous anime characters and brands into the game, such as Naruto, Dragon Ball Z, and My Hero Academia. Attack on Titan was one of these collaborations, offering players incredible in-game items and skins in the Item Shop.
Based on the latest leak from renowned Fortnite community leaker, HYPEX, it seems that the Attack on Titan items have recently been updated in the game files. These items, such as the ODM Gear and Thunder Spear, both Mythic weapons from Chapter 4 Season 2, have been added back in the most recent update. This suggests that Epic Games is likely planning to reintroduce these items back into the game.
According to the leak, there are three possible outcomes for the return of Attack on Titan items:
- Skins may return to the Item Shop with Mythics back in Battle Royale mode
- Skins could make a comeback in the Item Shop along with Mythics being reintroduced into the loot pool
- Attack on Titan skins may return with Mythics added to Creative mode
Regardless of the outcome, it is highly probable that something from Attack on Titan will be making a comeback. The fact that the items have been updated suggests that they will be added to either Battle Royale or Creative mode. It is likely that the skins will also return alongside the items, as Epic Games often takes advantage of such opportunities to promote in-game skins. If the items are added to the loot pool, the skins will likely be available in the shop as well.
While the exact timing of this potential return is uncertain, it is worth noting that the ODM Gear and Thunder Spear may not align well with the current Marvel season. If Mythics are going to be reintroduced into the loot pool, they would most likely be related to the Marvel theme. In any case, it seems unlikely that they would be from different brand collaborations.
