Sharks Edge Past Hype

The first match of the day saw Sharks face off against Hype in what turned out to be a much closer contest than anticipated. Sharks ultimately secured a 2:0 victory but were pushed to their limits by Hype, particularly in the Overtime on Inferno. Despite the challenge, Sharks displayed their superior skills and emerged victorious.
Gafolo emerged as the standout player for Sharks in the Thunderpick WC 2024 round of 16, delivering an impressive performance with 51 kills across the two maps. With a tough match against Fluxo up next, Sharks will rely on gafolo to maintain his stellar form for a chance at further progression in the tournament.
RED Canids Dominate Intense

RED Canids made quick work of Intense, securing victory in two swift maps as expected. The Brazilians were clear favorites going into the series and demonstrated their professionalism in a comfortable win. Intense struggled to keep up, only managing 12 round wins throughout the entire series.
While coldzera is a legendary player, it was dav1deuS who stole the spotlight in this match with an outstanding performance of 41 kills in just 38 rounds. With the upcoming match against Case, RED Canids are poised as favorites to advance to the Semi-Finals.
