Doctor Doom Island Spawning Rarely Once Again
Initially, the Doctor Doom Island had a mere 5% chance of spawning, without any clear indication. Players had to rely on luck for it to replace Loot Island in their match. After a buff on September 6, the spawn rate increased to 12%, providing players with a slightly better chance of encountering it. However, recent leaks suggest that the spawn rate has reverted back to its original rarity, resembling the scarcity of Thanos’ gauntlet in the Avengers Endgame LTM of 2019.
Given the immense power and advantage that Doctor Doom Island offers players, its infrequent appearance in games serves as a balancing mechanic by Epic Games.
