Activision’s popular battle royale game Call of Duty: Warzone is coming to mobile on March 21 for iOS and Android devices. Unlike Tencent’s Call of Duty: Mobile, this version, known as Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile, is developed in-house by several Activision teams, allowing shared progression with Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III and the PC/console versions of Warzone. Players can level up weapons, access content, and earn XP across all three games. The mobile version also offers full controller support with a customizable virtual overlay.
An announcement reveals that upon release, players can expect maps like Verdansk for 120-player battles and Rebirth Island for 48-player matches. Classic modes such as Domination, Kill Confirmed, and Team Deathmatch will be available on maps like Shipment, Shoot House, and Scrapyard. This mobile version could be a refreshing alternative for players who didn’t like the transition to Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0.
Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile arrives on March 21 for iOS and Android. Pre-registering grants players exclusive rewards like the Condemned operator skin, weapon blueprints, vinyl, and emblem.
