Unlike other Mythic items, this one isn’t found in chests or regular loot – it’s an extremely rare find that provides a unique gameplay experience.

Unleash the Power of Ultra Doom
In Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 4, players can now access the Ultra Doom Power Mythic item. As this season revolves around the Marvel villain, it’s no surprise that he’s been bestowed with such an incredible weapon. The Ultra Doom Power is essentially an upgraded version of his Doom Gauntlets, granting players the ability to transform into Doctor Doom himself. Along with the transformation comes an arsenal of powers including a laser blast, bomb, charged blast, and jump boots.
This power also grants players 500 health and 500 shield. Similar to the Thanos Gauntlet from the Avengers Endgame LTM, while it offers immense power, it occupies the entire inventory space, preventing players from carrying any healing items. While in squads, duos, or trios, players can rely on Flowberry Fizz or Chug Splashes for healing, but they won’t be able to hold onto them.
Securing the Doctor Doom Mythic in Fortnite
Obtaining the Doctor Doom Mythic is not a walk in the park – players must claim his island. Similar to Loot Island, it will appear in the sky with a low chance of occurrence. Once spotted, players must rush to the island marked on the map, being mindful of competing players. Upon reaching the island, your team must begin the claiming process. Once successful, the item will drop, but players must move quickly to secure it. This entire process will transform you into Ultimate Doom, allowing you to soar back onto the island with enhanced powers.
