The Fortnite Reboot Rally is a unique promotion that offers free in-game cosmetics. Unlike traditional events, this promotion requires players to interact with others. The main objective of the latest Reboot Rally is to bring back a friend to the game, resulting in exclusive Fortnite cosmetics for both players.
If you have friends who are not currently playing Fortnite, this promotion is perfect for convincing them to return and team up with you to earn new cosmetics. The rewards are free and easily attainable, but the promotion is only available for a limited time, running for a month and requiring a specific friend’s account to get started.

Fortnite Reboot Rally Back for 2024
The Fortnite Reboot Rally is back in action in-game! Running until May 5th, players have ample time to participate and collect new rewards, including the free Fortnite cosmetics:
- Hailstorm Rider Glider
- Reckoner’s Blades Pickaxe
- Forsaken Eye Wrap
While there isn’t a free Fortnite skin available this time, the other cosmetics are still exciting. They can complement skins from the item shop as well. To qualify for and collect these rewards, follow these steps:
In the friends tab within the game, check if any of your friends are eligible to be rebooted, meaning they haven’t played for a while. Encourage them to log back in and team up with you to start completing the in-game Reboot Rally Quests.
What are the Quests?
The Fortnite Reboot Rally Quests are straightforward this time around, involving completing simple tasks in Battle Royale and other modes. By earning XP and reaching milestones, players can unlock the exclusive cosmetics. Both the friends being rebooted and those doing the rebooting receive rewards, making it a win-win situation for all participants.
To be eligible for rebooting, team up with a player who has played less than 2 hours in the 30 days before April 2nd. Players who have played more than 2 hours are not eligible. Bringing back one of these players unlocks all the Fortnite Reboot Rally rewards.
