Connections is a challenging puzzle game from the New York Times where you categorize 16 words into four groups by identifying their connections. Each puzzle resets daily at midnight with varying difficulty levels. Just like Wordle, you can track your progress and compete with friends.
If you’re stuck on today’s puzzle, check out our tips and hints below. If you still need help, we’ll provide the answers at the end.
How to play Connections
In Connections, arrange 16 words into four sets by deciphering their connections. These could be related to video game titles, book series, colors, restaurant names, etc. You can shuffle the words to better visualize the connections.
Each group is color-coded from yellow (easiest) to purple (hardest). Choose four words and submit. Correct guesses reveal the theme, and incorrect guesses count as mistakes, with a limit of four.
