Invoke announced today the launch of Invoke Workflows, a suite of tools for game developers to implement customized AI on an enterprise scale. Designed to simplify AI adoption for non-technical team members, Workflows streamlines processes and reduces complexity. The rollout of Workflows is effective immediately.
Invoke Enterprise created Workflows specifically for large game studios and the entertainment industry, catering to teams that include individuals with varying levels of technical expertise. Some features of Workflows include control over training assets and brand-specific styling, simplified deployment for non-technical team members, and security for generated images. The tool is developer-centric, offering solutions tailored to the game development industry rather than general users.
Kent Keirsey, CEO of Invoke, shared with GamesBeat in an interview that Workflows aims to align with an artist’s style. He emphasized, “We’ve made significant efforts to help game studios grasp the possibilities. The most impactful aspect of the model’s open ecosystem is the ability to train it on our unique art style and claim intellectual property ownership.”
Keirsey highlighted that the Workflows user interface can be customized to the complexity level needed by each team member. He showcased both advanced AI image generation tools and a simple interface during a demonstration, emphasizing that developers can integrate generated images into their existing creative workflows.

Keirsey explained that Invoke’s tailored solution provides artists and creatives with tools that suit their talents. He stated, “A creative individual is not accustomed to dealing with prompts. Their forte is creation. That’s where our solutions come in. We can work with any input an artist provides, such as sketches or renders, to control the generation process. We offer a high degree of controllability, from adapting to a specific style to utilizing input like sketches or renders.”
Stew Chisam, President of Hi-Rez Studios, acknowledged Invoke’s efforts in developing artist-centric tools. He praised the focus on collaboration in integrating these tools into existing team processes. With the ability to securely train models on assets and empower artists in the generation process, Chisam highlighted the importance of centering work around the artist’s process and overall creative direction.
