In Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth, Chadly has a series of tasks lined up for you. The world is now more open and explorable, offering a variety of extra activities for you to enjoy. However, some tasks are more required than others, such as fighting specific enemies with certain requirements. One particularly troublesome task involves pressuring a Thunderclaw, but fear not, as we have gathered all the necessary data on this foe to make it easier for you.
How to Pressure Thunderclaw
To pressure and stagger enemies, you need to exploit their weaknesses. Normal attacks and certain abilities can build stagger, but hitting an enemy’s weakness is crucial to achieving pressure. For the Thunderclaw, it is weak against poison attacks. You will need the Poison Materia to cast the Bio spell. If you don’t have it, you can find it in Red XIII’s default loadout. Bring him into the fight or give the Materia to someone else. Use weak attacks to build up the ATB bar and then hit the Thunderclaw with a poison spell. It should only take one or two hits to pressure it and eventually stagger it.
