PocketGamer.fun offers you the latest games, enables you to see them in action, and provides easy access for downloading directly from the site.
Here are the most exciting new mobile games at the moment, along with the developers and publishers behind them, and the reasons they stand out.
Duel Revolution
For fans yearning for the nostalgia of battling monsters in 2D pixel art style, Duel Revolution delivers an experience akin to Pokémon. This RPG is packed with creatures to capture, train, and battle with. The retro aesthetics pay homage to the GBA era, featuring charming character sprites and classic environments such as caves and grassy plains.
As an MMO, Duel Revolution requires constant online connectivity to engage in battles with other players using a team of Evos. With 50 Evos to discover, each with unique abilities and a 12-level skill tree, there is ample room for customization to build a winning team.
Duel Revolution is available on iOS, Android, and Steam, with regular content updates planned. Despite the casual game House of Drawn Mouse being Game Matter’s previous release, Duel Revolution has been in development for a decade.
Shovel Pirate
Shovel Pirate is a 2D sidescroller that follows the adventures of a shovel-wielding pirate penguin on a quest for treasure. Players navigate platforms, solve puzzles, evade traps, and engage with other in-game characters to uncover diamonds on their journey.
Developed by Neutronized, the creator of Super Cat Tales: Paws, Shovel Pirate boasts a cute pixelated art style that showcases the plump penguin pirate in action as it explores the jungle environment and hunts for treasure.
Following in the footsteps of its visually appealing titles, Neutronized once again demonstrates its proficiency in retro aesthetics with Shovel Pirate.
BROK the InvestiGator
While a cartoon alligator detective might seem like a character from a kids’ show, BROK the InvestiGator delves into darker themes within a video game setting. This multiplayer RPG adventure incorporates elements of puzzle-solving and beat ’em up action in a “light cyberpunk” future populated by anthropomorphic animals.
Voice-acted and branching based on player choices, BROK the InvestiGator follows the investigation of the titular alligator through a puzzling world. Co-op gameplay is possible for those with Bluetooth controllers on hand.
Produced by French developer Breton Fabrice, BROK the InvestiGator follows the success of another mysterious mobile title, Demetrios.
iLLANG
iLLANG draws inspiration from Werewolf and Among Us, presenting a social deduction game with chibi anime characters. Players collaborate in groups of up to 20 to unmask the Illang, the nefarious wolf of the party, and thwart their sinister intentions.
Each round involves players fulfilling specific roles, with the Illang sabotaging villagers’ objectives while avoiding detection. Communication is key as players work together to identify the Illang before it’s too late.
Challengers Games released iLLANG in early February, introducing features like an auto translator to facilitate global gameplay for players across different language backgrounds.
Atlas Fury
Excerion Sun enters the mobile gaming scene with Atlas Fury, a space shooter arcade game inspired by classics like Tyrian and Space Invaders. Players face off against cosmic adversaries, navigating through challenging levels with unique ships and tactical gameplay.
With a selection of ships, survival levels, and random events that impact gameplay, Atlas Fury offers a nostalgic arcade experience with a modern twist. Excerion Sun emphasizes the game’s arcade roots while providing a fresh challenge for players.
