Streaming apps and services are increasingly incorporating more ads to reach viewers. Adtech startup Vibe aims to assist small businesses in capitalizing on this trend through a self-serve ad platform, similar to those used for ads on Google and Meta services.
Recently, the startup secured a $22.5 million funding round led by Paris-based VC firm Singular, with additional investments from Elaia, Motier Ventures, and several business angels.
While Meta and Google dominate online ad revenue, connected TVs and streaming services present an increasingly lucrative market for adtech companies. Vibe has established partnerships with various streaming companies to provide access to their ad inventory, excluding major players like Hulu, Netflix, and YouTube TV.
Additionally, Vibe has collaborated with platforms such as FAST services, OTT platforms, and broadcasters to leverage their ad inventory. The team’s strong industry connections and expertise have facilitated these partnerships, positioning Vibe as a prominent player in the adtech space.
The platform allows small and medium businesses to create ad campaigns tailored to their target audience and geographic location. With over 2,000 clients using Vibe, the startup has generated significant revenue and plans to expand its team to enhance targeting capabilities and campaign performance.
Empowering Small Businesses
Vibe’s user-friendly ad platform enables SMBs to efficiently create, launch, and monitor their ad campaigns on various streaming platforms. The company’s focus on personalized targeting and data-driven optimization sets it apart from competitors like Google and Meta, who primarily concentrate on their own platforms.
