Atlus has announced the release date for the long-awaited Persona 3 Reload remake, and it’s set to launch during a packed month for new game releases. The game will be available on February 2, 2024, just three months after the release of the strategy game spinoff, Persona 5 Tactica. The release date was revealed at the end of a new trailer that introduces the main cast of the JRPG, who make up the Specialized Extracurricular Execution Squad, or S.E.E.S. The remake aims to be a faithful recreation of the original Persona 3 game, which was first released for the PlayStation 2 in Japan in 2006.
Persona 3 Reload’s release date places it in a crowded February 2024 game release calendar, with games like Granblue Fantasy: Relink also set to launch around the same time. Other highly anticipated games such as Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, Nightingale, and Homeworld 3 are also expected to come out in February, making it one of the busiest months in the video game industry next year. Persona 3 Reload will be available on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S on February 2, 2024.
