Connections is the latest puzzle game from the New York Times. The objective is to categorize a pool of 16 words into four secret groups by figuring out their relationships. The puzzle resets daily at midnight with varying difficulty levels. Similar to Wordle, you can track your progress and challenge your friends.
If you’re stuck on today’s Connections puzzle, here are some helpful tips and hints for solving it.
How to play Connections
In Connections, you are presented with a grid of 16 words, and your goal is to organize them into four sets of four based on the connections between the words. These connections could be related to titles, series, colors, names, etc.
While some words may seem to fit multiple themes, there is only one correct answer. You can shuffle and rearrange the grid to identify potential connections more easily.
Each group is color-coded with yellow being the easiest and purple being the most difficult. Select four words and submit. If correct, the theme is revealed, but incorrect guesses count as mistakes with only four chances allowed.
