Razer has recently unveiled an impressive new wireless keyboard designed for gaming enthusiasts. The BlackWidow V4 Pro 75% takes the regular V4 model a step further by offering premium features such as hot-swappable functionality, a fast polling rate of up to 4,000Hz, and a compact OLED display.
With a design reminiscent of the Asus ROG Azoth, one of the top enthusiast keyboards of the year, the Razer BlackWidow V4 Pro 75% comes equipped with Razer’s Orange Tactile switches, and the ability to easily swap out almost any mechanical switch with either a 3-pin or 5-pin layout.
The BlackWidow V4 Pro 75% makes use of Razer’s HyperSpeed Wireless technology for speedy, low-latency connections, along with HyperPolling at up to 4,000 Hz. The keyboard offers both Bluetooth and USB-C cable connectivity options, allowing users to choose the best connection method for their setup.
One of the standout features of the keyboard is the 2-inch OLED display located at the top right. This display can show key information, PC metrics, keyboard status, and custom animations. Adjacent to the display is the Razer Command Dial, which allows users to adjust volume, zoom in on images, change tracks, and more, all customizable through Razer’s Synapse 4 software.
The keyboard boasts exceptional build quality, featuring a top case made from recycled 5052 aluminum alloy with vibrant two-sided RGB underglow lighting, per-key RGB illumination, and textured doubleshot PBT keycaps that allow RGB light to shine through. Additional highlights include a plush magnetic leatherette wrist rest, pre-lubricated screw-in stabilizers, and sound-dampening materials within the PCB and case.
The Razer BlackWidow V4 Pro 75% is currently available for preorder exclusively through Razer’s online store for $299.99. It will also be sold by other retailers, including Amazon, starting September 24. Notably, the Asus ROG Azoth is currently on sale for under $200, offering similar features and more at a lower price point compared to the Razer model.
