Sony has unveiled its latest high-end 4K laser projectors, the Bravia Projector 8 (VPL-XW6100ES) and Bravia Projector 9 (VPL-XW8100ES), which incorporate the advanced XR Processing technology found in the company’s OLED TVs. Both projectors are now available for order, with the Bravia 8 priced at $16,000 and the Bravia 9 at $32,000. These projectors offer impressive features and build quality.
The projectors feature native 4K resolution and Sony’s XR Processor for Projector, offering a range of advanced features like XR Dynamic Tone Mapping, XR Deep Black, XR Triluminos Pro, and XR Clear Image technology to deliver a professional-grade cinematic experience.
The projectors are gamer-friendly with support for 4K/120fps, ALLM, and low input lag. They feature easy setup options like auto keystone correction and lens shift for image adjustment, making them ideal for home theaters.
The Bravia 9 stands out with its higher brightness rating of 3,400 lumens and Live Color Enhancer for vibrant visuals in bright rooms. Sony’s commitment to delivering a professional cinematic experience at home is evident in these projectors.
