The HP Omen brand, known for its gaming desktops, has introduced the new HP Omen 35L desktop, marking a significant leap forward in terms of customization and upgradability. Unlike its predecessors, the Omen 35L features a ground-up design that supports up to four sticks of memory, two M.2 NVMe SSD slots, and a 3.5mm storage bay. It also boasts a standard micro ATX motherboard, ATX power supply, and three GPU slots, offering users the flexibility to upgrade and customize the internals as needed.
On the component front, HP is introducing its first Omen-branded components with the Omen 35L, including fans, power supplies, and liquid coolers. The Omen fans, available in either single or three-pack options, offer efficient cooling solutions. The power supplies, with 850W or 1000W options, are modular and 80 Plus Gold certified, supporting the latest GPUs and offering a zero RPM fan mode for silent operation.
The highlight of the components is the all-in-one liquid cooler, available in 240mm or 360mm sizes, with an Asetek 7th-gen pump and support for both Intel and AMD platforms. The coolers can also be customized with an LCD screen cap, allowing users to display videos, system information, or visuals on top of the cooler.
