Palworld is an online game described as Pokémon with guns. It has sold over five million copies in just three days.
Palworld reported on Twitter that the game’s momentum has continued to increase, with sales reaching 86,000 units per hour.
The game was launched on January 19 and quickly rose to the top of Steam’s best-selling games list, surpassing PUBG in terms of concurrent players. It is also available on Windows PC via Game Pass and Xbox.
Palworld is an open-world survival crafting game for up to 32 players, featuring over 100 types of “pals.” Players can capture, train, battle, or put their pals to work. The game was developed by Pocketpair over a three-year period. Over the weekend, the game experienced some outages due to high demand, and Pocketpair worked with Epic Games to resolve these issues.
