CHICHOO and nobody from EDward Gaming shone in game 3, leading their team to victory. With this win, EDward Gaming became the first VCT CN team to finish in the top four of an international VALORANT tournament. Sentinels will now face off against FNATIC in their next match.
LEVIATAN Victorious Over Team Heretics; Advances to Upper Bracket Final
LEVIATAN and Team Heretics faced off in the second match of Day 14, with both teams ranking in the top 8 due to their impressive performances. LEVIATAN, having won VCT Americas Stage Two, carried their winning momentum into this event. Team Heretics, on the other hand, were rebuilding following their loss at VCT Masters Shanghai.
In an intense first game on Icebox, LEVIATAN secured a narrow victory of 15-13, with tex standing out with 7 first kills. Game 2 showcased aspas’s stellar performance with a KDA of 29/15/3, leading his team to victory over Team Heretics.
With this win, LEVIATAN moves on to face EDward Gaming in the upper bracket final of VALORANT Champions 2024, while Team Heretics will battle DRX in the lower bracket to secure a spot in the top four.
