Google has been focusing on consumer hardware releases this August. The company recently unveiled the highly anticipated Nest Thermostat and Google TV Streamer, which replaces the Chromecast line. Next week, at Made by Google 2024, Google will introduce a range of new smartphones in the Pixel line.
Previous Made by Google events have traditionally taken place on the East Coast in October. However, this year’s event will be held at Google’s Mountain View headquarters, starting at 10 a.m. PT/1 p.m. ET on August 13.

Expect to see Android 15 showcased at the event, likely debuting on the Pixel 9 series alongside an upgraded in-house processor. Rumors also suggest the release of the latest Pixel Watch and Pixel Buds Pro.
